The latest version under Tally.ERP 9 Release 5 series is Release 5.4.1 and was launched on 18th August, 2016.
Please Note: VAT forms provided in Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.4.1 are currently available only for selected regions. Please refer the 'Key points to note' document for detailed information. The subsequent releases will provide the VAT forms for other states/countries. We strongly recommend users from all other states/countries to download the release only after the VAT forms for their respective regions are launched.
The iTax forms for Kenya region are avaiable in Tally.ERP 9 from Release 5.2 and above.
